Self-taught tattoo artist, Marc Bonz has inked 2 skateboards on each side as part of the INKING BOARD exhibition. Inspired by the traditional American tattoo, he painted on one side, the classic ‘Battle Royal’, fight between the eagle and the snake. The eagle represents the sun and the sky while the snake symbolizes the earth. On the other, he took flashes emblematic of the trad culture.
