Skateboarder Ben Aurélien, better known as Silver Fox, unveils his guest deck for Kape Skateboards. This collaboration has a special personal touch, as the graphic was designed together with his son. The duo chose to feature a silver-grey fox, a direct nod to the skater’s nickname.
For this creation, they drew inspiration from Art Nouveau, an artistic movement that flourished in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The design incorporates several of its signature elements, including flowing botanical curves, symmetrical compositions, and richly ornamented frames.
At the center of the deck, a green-eyed fox sits surrounded by delicate white flowers. The animal is framed by an ornate arch reminiscent of vintage posters and illustrations from the period. The deep crimson background creates a striking contrast with the fox’s silvery fur and the intricate floral details. Even the lettering of “Ben Aurélien” contributes to the overall vintage aesthetic.
A beautifully crafted guest deck that stands out for both its distinctive artwork and the family story behind its creation. The board is available on the Snowbeach website.
