Haroshi, the most famous Japanese artist in the skateboard world recently released a very limited edition series with furniture maker Tendo Mokko. The board is a tribute to old school boards from the Lords of Dogtown period mixed with his new mascot: his “Free Hydrant Co”, laser engraved in the center of the skateboard. The artist explains in an interview for Tokion his relationship with the brand: “I think it was fifteen or sixteen years ago, I met a person in a skate park who was using a Tendo Mokko skateboard. He told me it was made in Japan, and since then I’ve been curious about the brand.”
The board was sold in series exclusively on the Tokion website in a limited edition of 50 copies.
